Terms & refund policy

Terms and conditions

These are the terms for buying and using Audio Ninja, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. We've kept them in plain English.

Last updated:

1. Refund policy

  • 30 daysAsk within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Up to 10 tracksNo refund once you've downloaded more than 10 tracks.
  • One emailWrite to [email protected] from the email you bought with.

Every Audio Ninja purchase (Basic, Pro, and the Pro upgrade) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from your purchase date. The guarantee lets you try Audio Ninja risk-free, but downloaded music can't be handed back, so once you've downloaded more than 10 tracks, we can't refund that purchase.

How downloads are counted

  • Unique tracks since your purchase. Each track counts once, however many times you download it.
  • A collection zip counts every track in it. A zip of 20 tracks counts as 20.
  • For the Pro upgrade, only Pro tracks count. Downloading Basic tracks doesn't stop you getting a refund on the Pro upgrade.
  • Downloads are recorded on your account, so we check the count before we make a refund.

What happens to your access

  • Refunding the Pro upgrade removes Pro. You keep your Basic access.
  • Refunding Basic, or everything, ends your access to the member area.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider. It usually takes a few business days for the money to show, depending on your bank.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.

2. Who we are

Audio Ninja is sold and run by CreativeHighway DBA Audio Ninja (“we”, “us”), 13395 Voyager Pkwy Suite 130, Box 725, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, USA. By buying Audio Ninja or using the member area, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use Audio Ninja.

3. Your account

  • Your account is for one person: you.
  • Don't share your login with anyone else, and keep your password safe.
  • We may suspend or close an account that's being shared or abused.

4. What “lifetime access” means

Lifetime access means access for the life of the Audio Ninja service, with no subscription to renew. If we ever decide to shut Audio Ninja down, we'll give members reasonable notice so you can download the tracks you need first.

5. Music licences

Each track comes with its own licence and credit line, shown in the member area. Depending on the track, the licence is a Creative Commons licence, an NCS licence, or the artist's own terms.

  • Follow each track's licence when you use it. That includes giving credit (attribution) and any non-commercial or no-derivatives limits, where the licence has them.
  • We don't grant any rights beyond each track's own licence.
  • Don't resell or redistribute the tracks or the library as files, sample packs, or part of another music library.

6. Content ID and copyright claims

Platforms such as YouTube may sometimes flag a video that uses a track. If that happens, check that you've used the track's credit line as its licence asks, then use the platform's dispute process. Email us and we'll help you with the right credit line and licence details.

We can't guarantee that third parties won't make claims, and we don't control how platforms handle them.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our checkout provider. Prices are in US dollars (USD), and taxes may apply depending on where you live.

8. Acceptable use

Please use Audio Ninja lawfully and as intended. Don't:

  • try to break into, disrupt or overload the site or member area;
  • get around our access controls, or use bots or scripts to bulk-download the library;
  • use the music or the service for anything illegal.

9. Our intellectual property

The Audio Ninja website, name, logo, branding, design and software belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. The music belongs to its artists and is covered by each track's licence (see Music licences).

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Audio Ninja is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything to do with Audio Ninja is limited to the amount you paid us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using Audio Ninja after a change, the updated terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
